Reiki Audio PRO Linear PSU

We commissioned a master of the craft to design the internals of our PRO Linear PSU, a class-leading low impedance design using high quality components to provide a SuperSwitch or Optical Unit with stable, clean, low ripple low noise DC power. This hand-assembled, high performance linear PSU will release the true potential of your Reiki Audio product; its 5v DC output also makes the PRO Linear PSU suitable for powering a wide range of streamers, reclockers and other components.

Echoing the superb aesthetics of our SuperSwitch and Optical Bridge header units, the PRO Linear PSU combines class-leading custom-designed low noise circuitry with classic Reiki Audio attention to detail including a beautiful anodised milled aluminium case and no LED’s.

The PRO PSU’s 5mm aluminium top plate perfectly accommodates a SuperSwitch or 2 x Optical Units. Together with the copper-lined 5mm aluminium base plate of all these header devices, there is therefore 10mm of aluminium isolating the header unit circuitry from the PSU’s circuitry and transformer.

Our high quality, custom-designed circuitry includes Wima film decoupling capacitors for superior attenuation of HF noise, used throughout the circuit; Audio Note KAISEI output capacitor - the ultimate smoothing capacitor from the Japanese masters; Nichicon audio grade capacitors, including MUSE series - various audio grade ranges used throughout the regulator module; Dale high precision resistors, used for the critical voltage divider stage at the regulator output; and high value tantalum bypass capacitor for better DC smoothing in the mid-regulator stage.

DC cable: every PRO PSU is supplied as standard with a 60cm RakuDC+ cable to connect your PRO PSU to your SuperSwitch or Optical Unit. Other lengths are available at RakuDC+ cable and shielded variants are available at RakuDC PRO.

Mains power (AC) cable: the Reiki Audio PRO linear PSU does not, as standard, come with a power cable as most audiophiles prefer to use a cable of their own choice.
