Which Switch?
Every SuperSwitch incorporates a 5mm milled aluminium case, audiophile quality circuitry with galvanic isolation, two audio-dedicated ethernet ports, no LED’s and no LED pinholes, grounding post, external low noise PSU, weight-specific isolation feet. SuperSwitch Masters add copper-lining and selective use of EMI absorber.
SuperSwitch Master
Designed to be installed just before your streamer to ensure that the latter receives the cleanest possible signal. SuperSwitch Masters include our unique dual shielding which adds copper lining to the class-leading 5mm milled aluminium case and the selective use of EMI absorption material to mop up any residual EMI/RFI at the very last stage of the audio chain before your streamer. These additions contribute to the exceptional performance of the Reiki Audio SuperSwitch Master.
Using fibreoptic? Theoretically superior to ethernet cables, in practice optical often disappoints as the optical-electrical media converters can themselves be noisy. Adding a SuperSwitch Master between the final media converter and your streamer will ensure the latter receives the cleanest possible signal. SuperSwitch Servant*
Designed to be connected to your router to isolate any other (typically non-audio) devices from the audio path, SuperSwitch Servants enjoy the same class-leading 5mm milled aluminium case as our SuperSwitch Masters but omit the copper lining and EMI absorption present in our SuperSwitch Master. These additions have more impact on audio quality at the streamer end of the audio chain and this allows us to offer the SuperSwitch Servant at a lower price than the SuperSwitch Master.
The SuperSwitch Servant is an excellent network switch in its own right; installed just before your streamer, in the position we describe for the Master, it will match or outperform most audiophile switches on the market today and is an excellent choice for the audiophile on a budget. When finances allow, you can install a Master downstream at the business end of things and move the Servant to a supporting role just after the router.

Standard*, Plus or PRO?
Our standard SuperSwitch Master and SuperSwitch Servant are supplied with a low noise PSU.
The SuperSwitch Plus includes an iFi iPower2 ultra low noise PSU for a modest price increase (and is substantially cheaper than buying one elsewhere).
The SuperSwitch PRO Master comes with one of our custom-designed linear PSUs and is the ultimate manifestation of the SuperSwitch.
