Customers outside the United Kingdom: you will not pay UK VAT but are responsible for any import duties or other taxes which may be levied by your national customs organisation.

Risk-free home trial

We are confident in the quality and performance of our products and offer a 21 day no quibble returns policy. Hear what they can do in your own system in your own room for up to 21 days, and if you’re not delighted, return it to us for a refund.

Lead Times

Artisan is artisan! We hand-assemble our products in small batches and we strive to maintain stocks of each. We sometimes need to wait for the next batch of our custom-designed milled aluminium cases to arrive from our UK manufacturer before we can assemble your device(s) and ship to you and a new batch of cases can take up to 4-5 weeks. We’ll tell you within 48 hours if we don’t think we’ll be able to ship your order within 7-10 working days, and give you the opportunity to cancel your order… though obviously we believe your patience, if required, will be richly rewarded. Thanks for your understanding.

Warranty

We offer a 5 year non-transferable warranty unless stated in the product description; this is on a return-to-base basis ie. you cover the cost of returning the item to us and we cover the return shipping costs. You must contact us before returning an item under warranty. See Returns Policy.

Returns Policy
How to return items
Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You must quote your RMA when you send your goods back to us. We are unable to accept returned items that do not have an RMA. When we issue your RMA number we will also provide full instructions for returning your item.

Return Terms & Conditions

Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. Ensure they are correctly packaged (using the original box, wrappings, plug cover(s) and protective inserts that came with your item).

We cannot give refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit, so we strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured courier service.

We will not give refunds for items that are returned to us beyond the 21 day trial period.

Outward and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a returned item has been damaged while in your possession, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund to cover the cost of repairs.

Shipping arrangements and charges

UK and EU customers: shipping costs are included for all UK and EU customers. We always use tracked and insured couriers, usually Parcelforce or DPD.

Customers outside UK and EU: in the vast majority of cases, there will be no additional charges for shipping. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether any shipping charges are due.

Accidental damage

We do not cover damage caused by misuse or user error, but we know that accidents happen; we are happy to repair any of our products that you've accidentally dropped/tripped over/spilt something on for a modest service fee. Please contact us before returning an item so that we might advise on the likelihood and any costs of repair.

Pricing and Specifications

Reiki Audio Limited reserves the right to alter prices or specifications without due notice. Specification changes may arise for example from ongoing R&D or very occasionally due to component availability in which case components of at least equivalent performance will be specified.
